What is Agentfy?
Agentfy sets up a team of AI assistants that drafts your posts, emails, bookings and books, and nothing goes out until you approve it: $1,950 to set up, $450 a month. Each bot team is set up around one bottleneck in your business, and every bot works in drafts until you say yes. Here is what Agentfy actually does, in more detail.
Who is Agentfy for?
Entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers and small to medium businesses who have repeat work piling up and want help without giving up control.
What do the bot teams do?
They plan, create, publish and manage work across social, travel, bookings, finance, inbox, code and CRM. Jimothy routes the work, and specialist bots (Vera, Kubrix, Mozart, Dispatch, Scout, Haven and Forge) handle content, video editing, music, business and inbox, research, bookings and builds.
Do you just give advice?
No. We don’t advise. We build. Agentfy designs, builds and runs your AI bot team, so real work comes off your plate and you get your time back for what matters to you.
Do I have to use these bots?
No. Jimothy, Vera, Kubrix, Mozart, Dispatch, Scout, Haven and Forge are just one example team. Yours is designed around your work: as many bots as you need, doing whatever jobs you choose, named whatever you like.
Do I approve everything?
Yes. Bots work in drafts. Nothing is sent, posted, published or paid without your OK.
Built on approval-first tooling: John’s MCP server has 14 risk-tagged tools and 39 passing tests.
What does it cost?
A free 30-minute discovery session, a $250 90-minute onboarding session, then a $1,950 fixed AI Team Setup and an optional $450/mo Monthly Tuning retainer with no minimum term. Founding clients get 20% off setup with the $450/mo rate locked for 12 months. Website care tiers are Care ($350/mo), Care Plus ($750/mo) and Partner (from $1,500/mo). See what an AI agent costs overall.
What does it connect to?
The tools you already use where they allow it, such as email, calendar, documents and social platforms, and many apps with an API or connector. We confirm what fits your setup on the discovery session.
How long until it works?
It depends on your setup: we agree the plan on the discovery session, and larger or more connected setups can take longer.
How do I start?
Book the free 30-minute discovery session, or email hello@agentfy.app with the bottleneck that is slowing you down. You can also tell us about your bottleneck on the contact page.
Will it send something embarrassing to my customers?
No. Every bot works in drafts. Email, posts, payments and booking changes wait for your approval. The tooling behind it tags each action by risk, and anything that sends, posts or pays needs your OK.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to Jimothy in plain language. Setup happens on a video call with John.
Is it safe to let AI bots work on my business accounts?
Bots only get the access a job needs, on accounts you control, and you can revoke access at any time. They work in drafts: nothing is sent, posted, published or paid without your OK.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
The first session is free and is a fit check both ways. The $450/mo retainer has no minimum term; you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers when you ask it, but you still do the copying, pasting and follow-through. Agentfy sets up bots that work inside your own tools around a specific bottleneck, keep track of the job, and bring you drafts to approve.
How is Agentfy different from Zapier?
Zapier connects apps with fixed if-this-then-that rules that you build and maintain yourself. Agentfy designs, builds and runs a team of AI bots that handle judgment work such as drafting posts, replies and follow-ups, and every bot waits for your approval before anything goes out.
Who builds and runs Agentfy?
John Hanusek, a full-stack engineer and designer with 25+ years of experience, based in Crested Butte, Colorado. His design and build studio, Hanusek Studio, has done web and design work for Fort Mason Center, YBCA and Lever House.
